Schmeckt richtig gut nach Rind - kein Vergleich zu Ware aus dem Supermarkt oder vom Metzger. Man schmeckt, das die Tiere jeden Tag Ihres Lebens ohne Zufütterung draußen auf der Wiese standen.
Nice black pudding, could use a few more tasty herbs.
I would suggest a bit of mint, thyme and sage.
It stays consistent whilst warming up, as one can add herbs by taste yourself, I find it to be a delicious classic!!
