Our Dry Aged Rib-Eye Steak, also known as Entrecôte Steak, is a premium cut of beef that comes from the rib section of the animal, Known for its exceptional flavour, tenderness, and juiciness, this Steak is a favourite among meat lovers and connoisseurs alike.
Whether you refer to this cut as Entrecôte, Ribeye, or Standing-Rib, it represents a nearly identical section from the front part of the back, originating from the most utilized muscle group. It is exceptionally suitable for quick searing. The bone-in version of this cut is also available, where the bone adds an extra dimension of flavour when preparing the bone-in Entrecôte.
The dry aging process involves storing the meat in a controlled environment with precise temperature and humidity levels for a specific period.
