Wir waren vor kurzem in Dublin. Dort gab es zum Frühstück Bacon, der uns so gut geschmeckt hat, das wir im Internet danach gesucht haben. Bin mehr als zufrieden, mit der Bestellung und der gelieferten Ware.Super lecker und auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Lieferung ging ziemlich zügig, Fleisch war noch komplett gefroren. Werden wir auf jeden Fall wiederholen. Beste Dank

A South African and oxtail stew is a very old romance. And it's so nice to get the whole tail to work with.
The price even by cost back home is extremely affordable for the weight. On top of being angus cows.
I've been very impressed with the stewing cuts from Gourmet. I now have a master stock of oxtail and beef cheeks on hand.

The size and the meat / fat ratio of the filling of the Sausages were excellent. However, they were totally insufficiently spiced! Especially the salt was almost totally missing. I would never purchase them again!
